How would you rate yourself on a score from 1-10 on your ability to manage the unexpected?

If you want to feel like you can manage the unexpected, it is all about your state of mind.

Henry Ford supposedly said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.”

You are probably better at managing the unexpected than you think you are.

You can’t predict the future, but if you think you can deal with the curveballs life throws your way, you’ll be less anxious and more likely to continue on your path when you hit the inevitable bumps along the way.
