Choices

There are some people in the world who don’t have a choice.

Some people don’t choose whether to eat their food with their right hand or left hand, because they only have one hand.  With only one hand there’s no choice to make.

Some people don’t choose whether to go on vacation in Miami or Melbourne because they are homeless, living on the street, without money.  They are living day to day.

Some people don’t choose whether to eat dinner at home or at a restaurant, because they have a medical condition that requires them to be in the hospital.

Be grateful for the choices you have.  Be mindful of the choices you make.  Appreciate the freedom that comes with choice.
